• You will receive email notifications about our product current features, updates and new releases.
• You acknowledge we will provide support only to the latest version of our apps and you are responsible for updating your device with the the newest version of our products.
• You agree that this website, its software and all content found on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We can add or remove features to our products without notice.
• You agree that we are not obligated to modify our product based on your specific requirements, the same way you are not forced to use our product if it is not to your liking.
• Your first payment is not refundable, we offer a 45 days free trial. We understand that it is more than enough time for you to evaluate and be sure our app is what you want. The moment you subscribe, you attest that the app works on your device, and you have been given a chance to test it beforehand.
• The recurring payments are not refundable. You are responsible for canceling your subscription in case you do not want it anymore. You can cancel and manage the subscription by clicking on the "my subscription" button, that is available at app menu options, or you can manage your recurring payments directly at the PayPal website.
• If your watch manufacturer updates your device in a way it renders our software unusable, you will not be refunded.

2. Use License

1. You are not permitted to download or copy the materials (information or software) on Genius Wrist website. You can download software only if explicitly stated in the software terms of use.
